Once you have arrived, you have 24 hours to review your accommodation and send us a report. If there are any major problems, please let us know and we will do anything we can to fix it. We want to make sure you get what you pay for. 

You must submit any complaint within 24 hours of arrival. 

We guarantee a response within 24 hours during the working week (Monday to Friday).

Know more about your desired accommodation by reading the reviews left by previous tenants.

Reasons to get a refund

We offer a refund under the following circumstances:

a) Fake address:

If a property is mistakenly advertised as being in a certain location, and is in fact no where near that location (i.e. more than 500 meters from advertised location), then we will refund you. The difference in location must be 500 meters or more. 

b) Fake pictures:

If the pictures online do not correspond to the agreed upon room, we will offer you a refund. Please note that some photos, especially in large student residences, may be photos of standard rooms and may not accurately represent the room you are booking. This should be mentioned in the description. However, to ensure there is no confusion, please check with the landlord before booking. 

c) Hidden extra costs

Any costs which were not specified since the beginning. However, we will not issue a refund for reasons such as: changes to legislation which affect rent prices, rising amenity prices (electricity, hydro, etc), etc.

Cancellation and refund policy

In general, the cancellation policy for is as follows:

Cancellations made one hundred and fifty one (151) days or more prior to the date of arrival will not incur a charge. The deposit will be returned to you less any financial cost (ex. bank fees, etc).

Cancellations made sixty (60) to one hundred and fifty (150) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% fee taken off then deposit. Financial cost not included.

Cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to the date of arrival will not be refunded.

Cancellation policies can vary seasonally and can depend on the room type.
