Room Summary

If you’re looking for a great apartment to share with other students near the city center, this is for you! - 5 bedrooms, all of them with a bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk, chair and a heater. Room 5 overlooks the back of the building, the rest have a steetview. The kitchen has everything you might need: fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There’s a living room with a sofa and a TV with cable just before the door to Room 1. It’s the perfect place to relax after a long day with your friends and enjoy the lovely sunny Lisbon weather – there’s a small balcony too! There’s a small dining room with a table and 4 chairs. Although it doesn’t have a direct window, it’s connected to the kitchen’s enclosed balcony and so receives natural light. There are 2 bathrooms, one main bathroom and a secondary one next to the kitchen. What we love: – The central location and proximity to metro stations. – The beautiful hardwood floors. What you should know: – The double bedrooms are for one person only. – Payments at check-in (directly to the landlord): last month rent and holding deposit of 150€. The holding deposit will be returned at check-out after landlord checks property conditions. The landlord can also keep the holding deposit if you leave earlier than the check-out date. The neighbourhood: This is a very pleasant area to live in, with plenty of small, friendly cafés and all sorts of shops. Three blocks up the road, there is the bullfighting museum and arena. It is a beautiful stadium surrounded by shady gardens. The Gulbenkian Foundation’s art museum and gardens are also nearby. Getting around: The nearest metro station is Areeiro, on the Green line, only 550m away. You also have Campo Pequeno, on the Yellow line, 600m away. The large and important Avenida da Républica is serviced by 8 different bus lines if you would rather travel overground. Students: IST is only 700m away, making this house ideal for students of this University. This apartment is suitable for all kinds of students, both international and domestic, undergraduate and postgraduate. Erasmus students are welcome. Bills: All bills included until a maximum of 15 euros per person. If you exceed this, the extra will have to be paid separately.
